Terms of Service

The store at www.salonmali.com is managed by Dermana d.o.o, an e-commerce service provider (hereinafter provider or seller). Dermana d.o.o operates in accordance with the Electronic Commerce Market Act and regulations adopted on the basis thereof.

The General Terms and Conditions are compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), with the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and international codes for e-commerce.

By using the website, you agree to these terms of service. The provider reserves the right to change the terms on the website www.salonmali.com at any time and without prior notice. All changes are binding for customers, so we recommend that you regularly review the General Terms and Conditions.

Payment

Payment can be made in the following ways:

  • Cash on delivery upon receipt of the package from the delivery person (Pošta Slovenije).
  • By invoice to the transaction account of Dermana d.o.o.

Prices

All prices in the store are stated in EUR and include value added tax (VAT), unless otherwise stated.

Purchase Procedure

1. ORDER ENTRY

You place an order for products via the online form. In the box next to the product, select which product you want to buy and specify its quantity. The customer can change the quantity of ordered products or remove them at any time during the procedure or before completing the purchase. When you want to complete the purchase, enter your details in the online form. Fields marked with an asterisk must be filled in.

2. ORDER CONFIRMATION

When the order is placed, the customer receives a confirmation of receipt of the order and a summary of the order by e-mail to the address entered when ordering. The provider reserves the right to call the customer at their contact phone number or contact them by e-mail to confirm the order if necessary.

3. DELIVERY OF GOODS

An invoice with a specification of the completed purchase is attached to each shipment, and the customer is notified by e-mail that the shipment has been sent for delivery.

Delivery of goods is carried out by Pošta Slovenije. Delivery is carried out to the address specified in the order as soon as possible. If the customer is not at home at the time of delivery, they can pick up the goods in person at the nearest Pošta Slovenije branch. Delivery is currently limited to the territory of the Republic of Slovenia.

The delivery cost for all of Slovenia is EUR 4.50.

The delivery time for products is three (3) to fifteen (15) working days.

4. PAYMENT FOR GOODS

Payment for products is only possible on collection, except in the case of companies where we can issue an invoice, which you should note in the Comments window.

Order Cancellation

When the customer receives an electronic notification of the placed order, they have 1 hour to cancel the order. The cancellation notice must be submitted by e-mail to: info@salonjanimali.com, in which the customer's name and address must be stated.

Right of Withdrawal and Return

In the event that the customer is not satisfied with the ordered products, they have the right to return them within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the goods without any compensation. The customer is obliged to bear the costs incurred when returning the purchase object. The customer must notify the provider in writing of the intended return to e-mail: info@salonjanimali.com.

The product must be returned unused, undamaged and in original packaging. A copy of the original invoice must be attached. We will transfer the purchase price for the returned items to your transaction account. We only refund money to transaction accounts and do not pay out cash. The only cost charged to the consumer when returning the purchase object is the direct cost of returning the goods. If the returned products are damaged, used, without original packaging or if it is damaged, the merchant reserves the right to refuse the return or charge appropriate compensation. We will refund your money to your transaction account within thirty (30) days at the latest.

The provider is not obliged to accept redemption shipments or shipments that do not comply with the provider's terms of service.

In the event that the delivered goods were destroyed or damaged during transport, the customer is entitled to exchange for the same product. The seller bears the costs of exchanging the product. The customer must return the reclaimed goods to the seller within eight (8) days, appropriately protected in suitable packaging for shipping, and previously notify the seller at e-mail: info@salonjanimali.com. The customer is obliged to fill out the complaints form before returning the product, which the provider submits after receiving notification of the complaint.

DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

Dermana d.o.o. respects your privacy and undertakes to protect personal data obtained through registration in the online store in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. The provider undertakes not to transmit this data to a third party without your consent or use it for other purposes, except for the successful delivery of the ordered goods or communication necessary for the successful execution of the order and, at the user's request, also for the purposes of informing about information material via electronic mail.

LIABILITIES

The provider tries its best to ensure that the website includes accurate and up-to-date information about products and prices. However, the provider does not guarantee or warrant the accuracy of the information, nor does it assume any liability for damages or other liability for errors in the content of the website.

A reduced level of operation of the technological solution used, input, transmission or any other processing of data may cause an error on the website. The provider is not responsible for the occasional malfunction of the site, possible inaccuracy of data or for any damage caused by the use of inaccurate or incomplete information and the inability to access and use information on these websites.

Dermana d.o.o. assumes no responsibility for any malfunctions or errors in the operation of your software or hardware due to visiting the provider's website. Product images are symbolic.

POSSIBLE DISPUTES

Any complaints from customers regarding the online store can be submitted electronically to e-mail: info@salonjanimali.com with the subject: Complaint. The provider undertakes to confirm within five (5) working days that the complaint has been received, inform the customer how long it will process the complaint and keep them informed about the progress of the procedure.

Regarding any disputes between the parties in connection with the online store that cannot be resolved amicably, the parties agree that the dispute will be resolved by the competent court in Ljubljana.
